The Miracle of Shri Ram Bhawan
By Lokanath Mishra
A grand building named Shri Ram Bhawan stood in the outskirts of a town. It was built by a wealthy man who had passed away. His son inherited the building and lived there with his family.

The son was rich but didn’t believe in God. He didn’t help anyone. In the town, a poor girl named Kavita lived with her old mother. Kavita had strong faith in God and thought Shri Ram Bhawan belonged to Lord Ram.
Kavita would write letters to God, asking for help with food, clothes, and money. She would put the letters in the mailbox outside the building. Kavita’s mother, a devout believer, encouraged her, saying, “God will listen to your prayers.” She didn’t having any idea about sending of letters to Sri Ram Bhawan by her daughter.
The building’s owner would read Kavita’s letters and laugh. After 25 letters, he decided to trick her. He sent his wife Sunita with gifts, including food, clothes, shoes, and money. The owner told his wife to say the gifts were from the devil.
His wife delivered the gifts to Kavita’s house. Kavita was happy, but her mother wasn’t in the home. Sunita asked if she wanted to know who sent the gifts. Kavita said, “No, I don’t care. My mother says that when God orders, even the devil obeys!”
Sunita was surprised and she realized that her husband is a devil who sent her with gifts as per wishes of God. She immediately told her husband about Kavita’s words. Her husband was deeply moved and started believing in God. He sent money to Kavita every month and helped others in need.
Kavita’s faith changed the owner’s life. He realized true wealth wasn’t just money but a connection with a higher power. Kavita continued writing letters to God, knowing her prayers were answered. Her story inspired others to trust God’s plan.
