India International Conference & Felicitation Ceremony – 2025 Held in Puri

Happy Moments India, a social and cultural organization dedicated to empowerment, education, and community development since 2012, successfully organized the India International Conference & Felicitation Ceremony – 2025 at Sanskruti Bhavan, Puri on Sunday.

The event brought together administrators, scholars, writers, poets, and social reformers from across the country. It celebrated individuals who have made exceptional contributions in various fields, including education, literature, art, social service, and culture. Over 80 distinguished personalities were honored with the prestigious “Pratibha Samman – 2025.”
The program was organized under the leadership of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Panda, Founder and President of Happy Moments India. Prominent dignitaries who graced the occasion included:
• Shri Piyus Kumar Pattnaik, IRS (Retd.), former Vice Chairman, Settlement Commission and Chief Commissioner, Customs
• Dr. Meenaketan Dash, noted educationist and former principal, Chhattisgarh
• Shri Manoranjan Panigrahi, IRS (Retd.), former Principal Secretary and Chief Commissioner, Income Tax
• Shri Dasharathi Satapathy, IAS (Retd.), former Secretary, Odisha Assembly
• Dr. Ajit Kumar Mahapatra, Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Puri
• Shri Ashish Panda, Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Jharsuguda

The program began with an inaugural address by Shri Santosh Sethi, Deputy Director & DIPRO, Puri, who highlighted the organization’s mission and objectives.
During the conference, guests discussed topics related to modern literature, art, culture, and tradition. They emphasized that language and cultural heritage are invaluable intellectual assets. Their inspiring speeches left a deep impression on the audience.
The chief guest, Shri Manoranjan Panigrahi, spoke on the meaning of happiness, stating that true happiness lies in ethical actions and positive living, rather than material gains. He reflected on examples from figures like Mahatma Gandhi, Gautam Buddha, and Ratan Tata, stressing that happiness means different things to different people — but real joy comes from goodness, service, and selflessness.
Shri Piyus Pattnaik urged the audience to dedicate their efforts to the service of the nation, while Shri Dasharathi Satapathy encouraged the awardees to extend their work to help the underprivileged. Mrs. Kanan Bala Nayak highlighted the vital role of voluntary organizations in social progress, and Shri Hemanta Kumar Jena captivated the audience with an impromptu poem.

The ceremony honored achievers with various recognitions, including:

Among the awardees were Lokanath Mishra, Raja Sudhakar Rachapudi, Kanan Bala Nayak, Rama Shankar Pattnaik, Upendra Biswal, Ramesh Biswal, G.C. Raul, Hemanta Jena, Padma Lochan Rout, Tapan Kumar Nayak, Sarada Prasad Mishra, Saudamini Dash, Bibhuti Tripathi, Dr. Basumati Satapathy, Dr. Meenaketan Dash, Arju Bibi, and Ranjit Prasad Jena, among others.
Each awardee was presented with a shawl, memento, bouquet, and certificate of honor. In total, over 100 achievers from diverse fields such as education, literature, culture, health, entrepreneurship, and social service were recognized for their remarkable work.

In his concluding address, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Panda said:
“The Pratibha Samman Ceremony is a platform to salute those whose dedication and service bring pride to India. Their achievements will continue to inspire generations to come.”
The event concluded with a message of humanity, unity, and service, followed by a vote of thanks from Dr. Panda to all guests and participants.

It’s absolutely awesome,the program was very good, kudos to Dr Panda,the team Head of Happy moments India..for conducting the event at the Lotus feet of lord Jagannath at Puri Dham.The keynote address of all speakers are mind blowing.Some of the eminent personalities from the society were chosen to receive the award for their praiseworthy services rendered in different fields.Wish the organisation to go ahead with multiple activities in future for the good of the society..Jay Jagannath
