Such a remarkable movement unfolded on 20 June 2026 at the Tapaswini Auditorium, Sambalpur, where Happy Moments India organized its State-Level Conference and Odisha Mahotsav 2026 with grandeur, dignity, and a profound social purpose.
The auditorium echoed not merely with applause but with the collective heartbeat of a society that still believes in honouring merit, nurturing culture, and recognizing those silent heroes whose contributions often remain unnoticed. Under the visionary leadership of Shri Rajendra Prasad Panda, President of Happy Moments India, and the able coordination of Shri Tarpan Kumar Pradhan, the event emerged as a magnificent confluence of literature, art, culture, journalism, social service, and human excellence.
The presence of eminent personalities added immense prestige to the occasion. Distinguished journalist and poet Shri Kunjabihari Raut, Vice-President of the Journalists’ Association, renowned journalist Shri Ashok Kumar Patra, Associate Editor of Sambad (Rourkela Edition), and celebrated comedy artists Yogesh Jojo and Tinku Tingalu graced the event as special guests. One of the most touching moments of the programme was the conferment of the prestigious Utkalshree Samman upon veteran journalist-poet Shri Kunjabihari Raut, senior journalist Shri Ashok Kumar Patra, and Shri Manoranjan Das. The flawless management of the event was made possible through the tireless efforts of dedicated volunteers and organizers, including Dibakar Das, Satyam Modak, Robert Highfill, Devika Ghosh, Bibhashini Pattnaik, Shankar Behera, and many others. Their commitment demonstrated that collective effort and shared vision can transform an idea into a memorable reality.
